About This Coffee
The Misak people of Cauca have cultivated coffee in Colombia's central ranges for generations. This lot is processed using the sugarcane ethyl acetate method — a natural decaffeination process that preserves the bean's structure and flavour far better than chemical methods. What you get: caramel, brown sugar, dark chocolate, malt, black tea. All the ritual. None of the caffeine.
